What people usually ask before registering.

How do I get my credential?

Once your payment is confirmed, tell us who's attending, with name, email, phone, and company. The credential with a QR Code is sent to that email and must be shown at Accreditation.

Can I transfer my Registration to someone else?

Yes. You can change who's attending until Accreditation or the end of the Edition. The previous credential is no longer valid.

I bought more than one Ticket. How do I tell you who's attending?

In your account, tell us who's attending for each Registration, with name, email, phone, and company. Each person gets their own credential at their own email.

Can I cancel and request a refund?

Yes. You can request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment confirmation. It covers the entire Order, and it is only granted if no Registration has been accredited.
